Southern Ireland

In need of a little TLC. I think this was just by the bridge over the river in Miltown Malbray on the west coast of Ireland; the coast of Clare.
I can only hazard a guess at the function of the little room built out from the others on the first floor (2nd floor if you're American).

Might get a good price on it in todays depressed market! Good Holiday Let in estate agent speak.

Definitely needs a lot of TLC. I would hazard a guess about the second floor bump out as for getting a better angle tossing out the evening's slop bucket into the river. :)

Neat looking place. I don't know if I'd feel safe in that little room jutting out from the side though!

Yes, that little room is just above the front door, I note. I wonder if Miltown Malbray is twinned with Melton Mowbray?
